Catalyst Housing is the development partner of Transport for London on this project. It is one of the leading housing associations in the UK with over 32,000 homes in London and the South East and an award-winning developer of new homes.

Transport for London own the site and are a development partner on the project. As well as running London’s transport, Transport for London is one of London’s largest landowners. TfL has ongoing plans to build 10,000 homes across 300 acres in London.
